The location is perfect, as it is situated in a very nice neighborhood and just a few minutes' walk from the famous Paulista Avenue. This hotel is in a safe area and offers a range of facilities, such as an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and fitness center. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and always ready to assist. We were welcomed with a lovely drink, and the room amenities, including a mini-bar and sitting area, really enhanced our comfort.

Breakfast is amazing. The front desk is very helpful. The location is a safe area by Paulista standards. They are wonderful restaurants nearby and great access to the metro.
It could be noisy at night--trash trucks were loud.

The breakfast spread was good with plenty of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions.
The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. The bathroom was small and poorly designed.

We enjoyed good breakfasts and incredible views!
The staff was super-friendly and extremely polite - we would stay here again. The room was good sized and brand-new, had large private bathroom. The location in a very charming area was good and there were shopping centres and supermarkets nearby. Btw, the airport was 10 km away😃😀

We spent a fine time here, can recommend to anyone. We both loved it, the place is reasonably priced and suited fine. The location of this hotel was magnificent and incredible. There was lots of cafés and a restaurant nearby. Brand-new, neat room on higher floors, everything was nice.

I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated next to the Renaissance Hotel and just a few blocks away from the Airport Bus Service Stop on Paulista Avenue. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the city and travel to and from the airport. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping areas within a short walking distance. I especially appreciated the nearby grocery store, which allowed me to stock up on some essentials during my stay. The room itself was spacious and had a kitchenette, which was perfect for keeping some basic food items. The subway station was also just a couple of blocks away, providing easy access to the entire city. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Staff were nice. Location is excellent. The room was kept clean well. Good coffee.
Air conditioning poor. Breakfast was always the same and sometimes not fresh. Poor facilities in the kitchen of room, preventing its proper usage. Gym equipment in poor operating condition.

The reason I booked this hotel was scarcity of vacancies in Sao Paulo and location. The location is really good, and the price is correct relative to Sao Paulo prices. The hotel service is good, if you do not demand much. Breakfast is included, as well as free Internet in the room. This is a plus relative to some of the more highly priced chains that still insist charging for Internet access. Parking was also available and it was free, so this is another plus. I drove to Sao Paulo. The hotel room was spacious.
All facilities are clean and everything works, but the hotel furniture and decor is worn out. Although I had no complains about the facilities, as all worked satisfactorily, the hotel could use a major renovation. However, if you do not cling to brand new and stylish room furnishings, it is ok. I have stayed in other hotels in Sao Paulo that charge much more, belong to well known chains, in which the rooms need a renovation as well.

Everything about this nice budget hotel was well-maintained. Units with a shower in a tub. The service was absolutely perfect. Location: the venue was close to many restaurants and bars at walking distance, business district and tourist spots and shopping areas.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not particularly friendly.
